Limited Hardware Warranty

SimpliScada warrants that hardware purchased directly from SimpliScada will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years from the original shipment date ("Warranty Period").

During the Warranty Period, SimpliScada will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective hardware that qualifies for warranty coverage.

2. What's Covered 

This Limited Hardware Warranty covers:

● Manufacturing defects

● Hardware failure during normal operation

● Defects in materials or workmanship

● Replacement of defective components

● Repair or replacement of qualifying hardware

Replacement equipment may be new or refurbished and will be of equal or greater functionality.

3. What's Not Covered 

This Limited Hardware Warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from:

● Improper installation

● Misuse, abuse, or neglect

● Unauthorized modifications or repairs

● Lightning strikes

● Power surges

● Fire

● Flood

● Water intrusion

● Acts of God

● Accidents

● Environmental conditions outside published operating specifications

● Damage caused by third-party equipment or services

Normal cosmetic wear that does not affect product functionality is not considered a warranty defect.

4. Customer Responsibilities 

To obtain warranty service, Customer shall:

● Promptly notify SimpliScada of the suspected defect.

● Provide reasonable information to assist in troubleshooting.

● Return the affected hardware if requested by SimpliScada.

● Properly package returned equipment to prevent shipping damage.

Customer is responsible for removing and reinstalling equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Warranty Remedy 

If SimpliScada determines that the hardware is covered under this Limited Hardware Warranty, SimpliScada will repair or replace the defective hardware at no charge for parts or labor.

This repair or replacement is Customer's exclusive remedy under this Limited Hardware Warranty.

6. Limitations 

This Limited Hardware Warranty applies only to hardware purchased directly from SimpliScada or an Authorized SimpliScada Dealer.

Except as expressly provided herein, no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided. Nothing in this Limited Hardware Warranty limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
