The SimpliLink LocalHMI Monitor is a rugged 21.5-inch HDMI touchscreen designed for use with the SimpliLink Hub, providing a reliable local interface for monitoring and controlling your system. Its capacitive multi-touch display delivers responsive operation, while the IP65-rated front panel resists dust and water, making it well suited for demanding industrial environments.


Built for continuous operation, the SimpliLink LocalHMI Monitor supports standard VESA 75 × 75 mm mounting or flush panel installation for flexible deployment. Its durable construction and industrial-grade components provide a dependable HMI solution for manufacturing, water and wastewater, utilities, and other harsh operating environments.

Installing the SimpliLink Monitor

The SimpliLink Monitor connects to the SimpliLink Hub with an HDMI cable for video display and a USB cable for touchscreen control.


  1. Connect one end of a standard HDMI cable to the HDMI port on the back panel of the Monitor.

  2. Connect to the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port on the SimpliLink Hub.

  3. Connect the USB cable to the USB-C port on the Monitor.

  4. Connect the other end of the USB cable to either USB-A port on the SimpliLink Hub.



Connect power to the Monitor using a 5.5mm x 2.5mm male barrel-type power connector with a 12-24 vdc power supply capable of providing at least 18 watts of power.



Mounting


The SimpliLink LocalHMI Hub can be panel mounted using the panel mount M4 recessed threads or wall mounted with an optional VESA 75 x 75 mm compatible mount.
